Welcome to Raleigh, North Carolina and Leesville Road High School. We look forward to our relationship with your and your family. Listed below are enrollment procedures.

    INFORMATION FOR NEW STUDENTS
    Welcome to Raleigh, North Carolina and Leesville Road High School.  We look forward to our relationship with your and your family.  Listed below are enrollment procedures.
     
    1. Telephone the Student Assignment Office (919) 850-1921 to confirm that you live in the Leesville Road High school attendance district.  If confirmed, proceed to step four (4)
    2. If you are not the parent of the student being enrolled and the student will be living with you, you must contact Mr. Lawrence Williams at (919) 870-1921 in order to be assigned to any Wake County High School.  Proceed to           step four (4) if instructed to enroll at Leesville Road High School.  Bring the documents provided by the Student Assignment Office with you for registration.
    3. If you are a foreign family, you must contact Timothy Hart at (919) 850-1835 in order to be enrolled at any Wake County High School.  Proceed to step four (4) if instructed to enroll at Leesville Road High School.
    4. Please telephone the Student Services Office at Leesville Road High School (919) 870-4260 to schedule an appointment.

    5. You must accompany your child for the registration process.
    6. Documents to bring with you include:

    • Proof of residence (utility bill, lease, housing contract, etc.)

    • Report card for previous year of unofficial transcript from former school

    • Social Security number

    • Birth Certificate (if from another state)

    • Achievement test scores

    • Any other documents such as Special Programs, etc.

    • Immunization records

    • Notarized Discipline Status Enrollment Form (if from outside WCPSS)

    • Form 2805 from Student Assignment (if from charter school) 
    • Withdrawal Form (Wake County Schools only)
