Hello Leesville Road High School families,

The first “summer mailing” was sent to the homes of all Leesville Road High School students on July 10. The mailing contained a great deal of important information needed by students in preparation for the 2007-2008 school year. Documents such as the “2007-2008 Student Parking Form” and the “2007-2008 Off-Campus Lunch Form” were included in the mailing. It is important to note that by school system policy, no student will be issued a parking permit until all fines and fees are cleared with the school. All questions about outstanding fines and fees should be directed to our school's bookkeeper, Ms. Koch, at 870-4250.

A second “summer mailing” will occur on July 20. Students' class schedules for the 2007-2008 school year will be included in this mailing. This mailing has been scheduled earlier in the summer to allow time for drop/add days on August 2 and August 9. Students with schedule issues in need of attention on these days should report to the Student Services Department. The time periods associated with the drop/add days will be 8:00-11:00 a.m. and 1:00-3:00 p.m. on each day. Information pertaining to the types of schedule changes that will be permitted through the drop/add days will be included in the “second mailing.”
